Protecting the people behind the platform

Our people power everything we do. That’s why we offer fair pay above the minimum wage, flexible working that fits real lives, and comprehensive health and wellbeing support. Every employee has a personal development plan, an annual training allowance, and access to global certifications so they can build careers that evolve with the business.

From apprenticeships to graduate programmes, we create clear pathways for emerging talent to join, learn, and grow. Our recruitment processes are created to promote diversity and accessibility and we actively monitor for gender and ethnicity pay gaps. Our Women in Tech group and DEI training form part of a holistic approach to growth, inclusion, and career development.

We’ve built a culture of responsibility, with mandatory training on ethics, modern slavery, and harassment, reinforced by safeguarding and whistleblowing processes that keep the workplace safe and accountable.

Our commitment to people also extends beyond the workplace. We encourage our employees to give back through two paid volunteering days each year and donate a portion of profit before tax to charitable causes. The charities we support as a business are chosen by employee vote each year. This year our team selected organisations including CALM, Hometree, We Think Code, Red Cross, UNICEF, Ta’alof al Khair, SpecialEffect, and Marie Curie.

Building a sustainable future

We take action to protect the world we work in. This means supporting biodiversity through a range of initiatives like tree planting and working towards Net Zero through carbon offsetting. We continually look for practical ways to operate more sustainably, ensuring our business grows in a responsible way.
