This is an autonomous, high-impact "hunter" role. You are not just selling software; you are an evangelist, an advisor, and a deal-maker shaping complex client challenges into quantifiable, AI-powered outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Leadership, you will operate like a founder, taking ownership of a high-value pipeline across critical functions (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain). You will have a direct impact on our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy as we scale globally.

Key Areas of Ownership
| Focus Area | Responsibilities |
| Enterprise New Business (Hunter) | Build and prioritize net-new pipelines. Lead creative outbound motions with autonomy. Open C-suite relationships (CFO, COO, CIO, CTO, CDO) and drive influence. |
| Discovery & Solution Shaping | Run elite-level discovery sessions. Partner with Solution Architects to translate complexity into clear, compelling solutions. Guide prospects through commercial cases, value modeling, and POCs. |
| Deal Strategy & Closing | Own proposals, commercial structures, negotiations, and close plans for six-figure+ deals. Build multi-threaded relationships across all client stakeholders (technical, operational, executive). |
| Market Leadership | Be a visible expert via LinkedIn, events, and strategic alliances (Cloud, ERP, BI, AI partners). Provide critical feedback loops into our product roadmap based on real market demand. |
What We Look For: The Ideal Candidate Profile
We require proven experience and a mindset built for high-growth environments.
Essential Experience
- Sales Track Record: 5–10+ years in complex B2B sales (SaaS, data, analytics, AI, digital transformation, or top-tier consulting).
- Deal Credibility: Proven success closing six-figure+ multi-workstream transformation deals.
- Outbound Expertise: Demonstrated ability to generate a pipeline from scratch—this is not purely an inbound lead-qualification role.
Technical & Domain Acumen
You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be comfortable leading sophisticated discussions around:
- Enterprise data landscapes, integrations, data warehousing, BI, and cloud platforms.
- AI/ML use cases and their practical business applications.
- KPI frameworks and operational processes in finance/ops/commercial sectors.
